STUDENTS’ ATTITUDE TOWARDS INCLUSIVE EDUCATION
(REVIEW OF MODERN STUDIES)

The report is devoted to the relevant problem of students’ attitude towards the joint education of “ordinary” (normotypical) children and their peers with disabilities. The results of surveys (with a sample of at least 100 people) conducted after the adoption of the Federal Law “On Education in the Russian Federation” (2012) are considered.

The report analyzes how inclusive education is perceived by students, their level of tolerance, readiness for interaction, and awareness of inclusive practices. Modern studies reveal both supportive attitudes and challenges that influence the formation of an inclusive educational environment.

The speaker is PhD in Philology, Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages in Theory and Practice of the Institute of Foreign Languages, RUDN University — Ivan S. Samokhin.
