TEACHERS’ ATTITUDE TOWARDS INCLUSIVE EDUCATION
(REVIEW OF MODERN STUDIES)

The report is devoted to the relevant problem of teachers’ attitude towards the joint education of “ordinary” (normotypical) children and their peers with disabilities. The results of surveys (with a sample of at least 100 people) conducted after the adoption of the Federal Law “On Education in the Russian Federation” (2012) are considered.

Special attention is paid to modern research devoted to inclusive education and to the factors influencing teachers’ readiness to work in inclusive classrooms. The report highlights both positive trends and existing difficulties in the implementation of inclusive practices in educational institutions.
